You will be charged when your order placed and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. To help fight credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

We require between 1-7 working days on average to fulfill your order and some items may take longer especially around major holidays (up to 5 days)

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the difference in manufacturing partners’ locations.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at contact@Kalimbahome.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, a product can arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:

– Your order number.

– A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we’ll be happy to send out another free of charge or issue a refund.
